Macrame is a relaxing and therapeutic craft that keeps your hands busy and gives your mind time to rest. If you would like some macrame or know a friend that would, then there's nothing more satisfying than making it yourself...

Join Jen from Knots & Shots and learn the basics of this historic craft while creating your own plant hanger from start to finish. Jen has been teaching macrame for over five years so you're in more than capable hands. You will receive guided tuition throughout each and every step. Questions are encouraged!

This workshop is approximately two and a half hours long. It will be taking place at Prior Shop in Quakers Friars, an exciting new creative hub in the heart of Bristol's city centre. All materials are included so all you need to bring is yourself. Even better? Leave with your first macrame plant hanger (complete with pot and plant) and your newly gained macrame skills!

All current Covid-19 guidelines will be followed during the class
The workshop is spacious and allows for social distancing, there will be plenty of tables so everyone can have their own. If participants come from the same bubble they may sit together
The space will be fully sanitised before guests arrive and after they leave

Prior Shop is located in Quakers Friars, Cabot Circus which is in the city centre, the closest parking facilities are Cabot Circus car park, or The Galleries car park

K & S is a small business run by Jen Walsh, an experienced macrame maker and workshop facilitator. Jen has been hosting macrame workshops in Bristol since 2015. This maker loves sharing her skills with others and encouraging creativity through craft.
